After years away, I’ve followed the call of hiraeth—a soulful longing for home—back to Wales, where I now root myself more deeply in the myths, language, plants, and sacred landscapes of this ancient place. Through Sacred Enaid, I create spaces to reconnect, remember, and return—to our bodies, to the earth, and to each other. I'm a mother of two small wildlings, an aspiring veggie grower, and an all-weather swimmer in the rivers, lakes, and seas that shape this land.
